Your organization has a daily spend cap you control, and each API key can carry its own daily budget on top. When a cap is reached, further billable requests are refused with a clear error instead of silently drawing down your wallet.

Keys are scoped to the access they need, revocable at any time, and shown exactly once at mint; we store only a hash. Optional per-key daily budgets limit the blast radius of a leaked key.
